A proud Arizona native, Lisa understands the value of community and relationships. Before transitioning into the insurance industry, she spent 16 years in hospitality, an experience that shaped her people-first approach to business and gave her the communication skills she now uses to guide clients through important financial decisions.

Lisa is also passionate about mentoring others and helping develop successful careers in the insurance industry.

When she’s not working with clients, you can usually find Lisa running, working out at the gym, enjoying live music, catching a stand-up comedy show, or spending time with friends and family. She has been married to her husband for 16 years and they have two children together.

Over the past three years, Jordan has also focused on developing and mentoring a growing sales team, helping new advisors build successful careers while expanding access to quality coverage for more clients.

Originally born and raised in Iowa, Jordan moved to Arizona in 2014 to attend college and graduated in 2018. Since then, he’s built his career around simplifying the health insurance process and helping clients confidently navigate their options so they can focus on running their businesses, supporting their families, and protecting their health.

He understands how complex and overwhelming navigating insurance options can be. For that reason, Derek’s mission extends beyond simply securing coverage; he prioritizes educating his clients throughout the process. By providing clear guidance and insight, he ensures each person feels informed, confident, and fully protected in the coverage they choose.

Originally from Ohio, Derek moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in 2021 to pursue professional golf and compete on the mini-pro circuit. While that path ultimately shifted, he continues to play competitively at a high level while building a successful career in the insurance industry. Today, Derek is also known as a leader and mentor, helping guide and develop the next generation of professionals entering the field.
